When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days.

 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

 

On international shipments, buyers are responsible for any customs/duties/tariff/import taxes that may apply on shipments. The Artists Alibi is not responsible.

 

 

Who is responsible for paying duties/taxes on international orders?

We have no control over duties or taxes that may be assessed. We fill out all customs paperwork with information that is accurate and correct to the best of our knowledge. Any duties, taxes, and fees that may be assessed are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

 

What can I do if my international order is delayed?

While there isn't a lot we can do from our end, we are happy to provide additional documentation if needed. We recommend contacting your local post or customs office. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are delivered late due to customs delays as these are out of our control.

 

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges on regular priced items within 7 days of purchase.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know within 7 business days and we will issue you a refund as soon as we get the item(s) returned to us.

All sales final on Last Call Sale items.
